How To Submit A Ticket

Submitting a ticket to us is pretty simple. Here are the steps below:

  1. Remember, www.MFMhelp.com is a website not an email address.
  2. Be sure that you are on the home page shown below. Once you are here, click "Submit a ticket".

3.  After clicking "Submit a ticket" your screen should show the following page.  Be sure to fill out the information needed. Important fact, use the first name, last name, and email address you used to sign up for the Multifamily Movement or to make your purchase. This will make it easier and quicker for us to serve you.

4. Once you have submitted a new ticket, we will respond to you within 24-48 hours Monday-Friday, only.
